What happens if I miss my regular class?

If your child has missed a class during a term course, please use the link provided below to request a make-up (replacement) class for your child. Alternatively, you can request a make-up class online when logged in to your account - under quick links.

We cannot process make-up class requests over the telephone.

All requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. A maximum of 3 make-up classes per term.
2. The make-up class must be for the child named on the original booking confirmation receipt.
3. Must be requested at least a two days in advance of the class you wish to attend.
4. For missed classes only, not for a future dated class.
5. To be used within the term of the original booking only.
6. Can be used for any sport, even if it is different from the one initially enrolled.
7. Cannot be carried over to future terms or used during our holiday camp classes.
8. Subject to availability.
