What shall I bring with me to the class?

All equipment will be provided for you at the class. We would, however, suggest that you bring the following to every class:-

• Water
• Change of clothes
• Towel
• Suncream during warm weather
• Waterproof jacket

This will leave you in good stead for any possible weather conditions!

It is also advisable to check the weather forecast.
